Not following the normal investor pathway, Tua Saseve moved from being a career Police Officer, to getting his Bachelor of Business in Property and becoming a valuer at QV, to becoming a prolific property trader in his own right and becoming a mentor at Auckland Property Mentors and teaching people how to build your portfolio or learn how to get into the market successfully by showing them what they need to look for and guiding them through the whole process.

Auckland Property Mentors then launched nationwide and is now NZ Property Mentors which Tua was heavily involved in, before leaving to pursue Pasifika Property Solutions because he is so passionate about serving his community and improving the outcomes of Pasifika people through property.

Everything Tua does in property is guided by a sense of duty, engrained during his days in the police, and the Samoan concept of Tautua, which means service.

Having worked as a mortgage manager at ANZ and as an owner of his own advisory company with up to 14 advisers, Ammon knows his stuff!

Ammon has extensive experience in property development. He got his first taste of the industry as a development project manager of gated communities in his early twenties.

Ammon moved to Auckland to work with Mum & Dad property investors to build their portfolios. He started FUZO, a company coaching non-professional property investors to buy houses and add a minor dwelling. This resulted in 350 developments being completed for his clients and himself.

Ammon then moved on to ANZ in an effort to master money. After 2 years of experience and a whole lot of knowledge, he moved on and started his own mortgage broking company. Yet development funding was on the rise, and Ammon felt that this was the next step.

Over the last few years, Ammon has done 5 or 6 larger scale developments himself, giving him an in depth idea of the infill housing and subdivision process. He’s now making his knowledge and expertise available to all aspiring developers along with his business partner Steve.

More than anything, Ammon wants to enable anyone to embark on their dream development, and with a solid development option and a structured finance plan, they can.

Troy has amassed over 20 years of experience in all facets of Property Development. He has developed an immense property transaction and acquisition knowledge base and skill-set through focusing on building his own property portfolio and development projects.

Troy is a member of the Project Management Institute and is experienced in all aspects of project management with prominence in the acquisition, construction, marketing and divestment phases. Mentoring over 200 people to build their own property investment portfolios, Troy knows the ins and outs of the Auckland market and has built a network of reliable suppliers.

With his experience subdividing in Auckland, coupled with his access to the most experienced and reliable team of suppliers, Troy’s goal is to not only to help clients to get more out of their land through subdivision, but to also create an enjoyable journey!
